The S-Type system for Challengers that do NOT have MDS. That single piece of engine equipment divides Borla's Challenger range in two, and getting it wrong means the wrong system.

Cars without MDS cylinder deactivation valves take their own systems, and this is the S-Type option among them, covering the Dodge Challenger from 2015 to 2023. MDS is not visible from outside the car, so it is worth confirming against the build rather than assuming from the model year or trim. It is a cat-back, replacing the pipework behind the catalytic converter while leaving the converter itself in place.
