A winch mounting plate is built in, and no light bar comes in this configuration. The bumper arrives unassembled, and welding, drilling, and trimming of the factory plastic bumper are part of the job.
This Prerunner front bumper covers 2014-2024 Toyota 4Runner in 4WD and RWD, from SR5 through TRD Pro, Trail, Venture, Nightshade, and the 40th Anniversary Edition — Rough Country lists TRD Sport and Limited as outside the fitment, so confirm your trim first. Black powder coat, an integrated winch plate, and reinforced D-ring mounts with cast shackles make up the package; winches are ordered separately and the design targets Rough Country Pro Series units, so oversized winches may not clear. Expect to trim the factory plastic bumper, drill, and weld — it arrives unassembled. Retaining the factory TRD skid plate means modifying it. A downloadable installation guide is available.
