Roof Rack with 40-Inch LED Light Bar for Tacoma (2024–2025)

Roof Rack with 40-Inch LED Light Bar, fitment-checked

Rough Country 72110 is a Tacoma roof rack that arrives with a 40-inch Black Series single-row LED light bar as part of the kit. It bolts to the factory roof mounting holes on 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma models, so nothing has to be drilled, and five slotted cross rails let you set crossbar spacing around the load you actually carry. Rated to a 250 lbs weight limit.

This rack covers 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma trims from SR through Trailhunter, including TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro, and mounts to the factory roof holes rather than to holes you open yourself. The kit ships as two rack boxes plus a 40-inch Black Series single-row LED light bar, so the lighting question is settled before the rack is even on the truck. Five slotted cross rails let you place gear where it balances, rubber edge molding softens the contact points, and stainless steel hardware handles the weather. Rough Country lists 2-3 hours for the job, and a nutsert tool (10583) makes the fastener work go faster. Weight limit: 250 lbs.
