It does not cover F-350, dually, or Tremor Factory Trim Package trucks, and it will not work with 4-inch rear axle tubes.
This 3-inch lift kit for the 2017–2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD is listed for XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trims. The kit bolts on and uses radius arm drop brackets to keep caster set where the factory geometry wants it, which is what preserves steering feel after the lift.
