Rough Country 51359 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around adjustable Vertex 2.5 front coilovers and Vertex 2.5 rear shocks. Diesel models only: it does not fit gas engines, dually axles, manual shift transfer cases, or the Tremor trim package, and the truck must have factory rear contact overload springs.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2017–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD converts the front to a Vertex 2.5 adjustable coilover setup, with left and right units rated across a 4.5 in to 6 in range and a matched pair of Vertex 2.5 rear shocks. The box also carries a front CV driveshaft for diesel applications, a 4.5 in fabricated rear block and U-bolt kit, and a universal U-bolt kit. Radius arm drop brackets keep caster where the factory intended. Confirm your engine, axle, and transfer case against the exclusions first; a downloadable installation guide is available.
