Rough Country 52759 is a 6-inch lift kit for the 2015–2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD, built around adjustable Vertex 2.5 front coilovers and matching Vertex 2.5 rear shocks. It does not fit F-350, gas-engine, or dually trucks. A fabricated rear block takes the place of the factory block.

This 6-inch lift kit for the 2015–2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD covers XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum trims in 4WD form. The box holds left and right adjustable Vertex 2.5 front coilovers, two Vertex 2.5 rear shocks, upper and lower radius arm hardware with drop brackets to reset caster, and a U-bolt and block kit without overloads. The fabricated rear block replaces the factory lift block. Confirm your truck is not an F-350, gas-engine, or dually application, then work through the downloadable Rough Country installation guide before you start.
