The kit pairs a coil setup with fabricated anti-axle-wrap rear blocks, radius arm drop brackets for correct caster, and application-valved N3 series shocks. It does not fit V-8 gas engine or dually models.
This 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2008-2010 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD raises the front to sit closer to level with the rear and opens up clearance for larger tires. Trucks with the V-10 gas engine need exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft, and any factory rear overload leafs must come out during the build.
