Rough Country 47870 is a 4.5-inch lift kit for 2008-2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around coil springs, fabricated rear blocks with a U-bolt kit, radius arm drop brackets, and two pairs of V2 monotube shocks. It does not fit V-8 gas engine trucks or dually models, and rear overload leaves must come out during the install.
This 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2008-2010 Ford Super Duty 4WD covers F-250 and F-350 trims from XL and XLT through Lariat, King Ranch, FX4, Cabela's, and Harley-Davidson Edition, plus 2008-2009 F-250 4WD applications. The bolt-on package adds ground clearance and evens out factory rake, with drop brackets that let you set caster back where the steering wants it. Confirm your engine and rear-axle configuration first: V-8 gas and dually trucks are excluded, and V-10 gas trucks need exhaust modification for front driveshaft clearance.
