Rough Country 53070 is a 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2011–2014 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD in King Ranch, Lariat, Platinum, XL, and XLT trim. It pairs front coils and radius arm drop brackets with fabricated rear blocks and two pairs of V2 Monotube shocks. It does not fit F-350, gas engine, or dually trucks.
This 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2011–2014 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD raises the front to sit level with the rear and opens up ground clearance for larger tires. The box carries a front coil set, a bracket box kit, a 4.5-inch fabricated block and U-bolt kit without overloads, and two V2 Monotube shock pairs valved for this application. Radius arm drop brackets keep caster set where the factory geometry expects it. Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft also need a carrier bearing drop bracket, sold separately.
