Rough Country 53450 is a 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2015-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD in XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum trim. Four Vertex 2.5 shocks are part of the kit. It does not fit F-350, gas-engine, or dually trucks, and it is not for trucks with rear overload springs — those take SKU 567.20 instead. Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft also need a carrier bearing drop bracket.
