This 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2017-2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD covers XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trims in diesel, dual-rear-wheel form. The box pairs two Vertex 2.5 front and two Vertex 2.5 rear shocks with a coil, a fabricated block and 4.5-inch U-bolt kit, and a front CV driveshaft. Radius arm drop brackets set caster back where the factory geometry expects it, and installation is bolt-on. Rear wheels may need dually wheel spacers.
