This 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2017–2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD raises the front to level it with the rear and opens up clearance for larger tires. Radius arm drop brackets keep caster where the factory geometry wants it, and the two V2 monotube shock pairs are valved for the application. Check the exclusions first: gas engines, single rear wheel trucks, manual-shift transfer cases, the Tremor Factory Trim Package, and 2020 models with the 10-speed transmission are all out, and rear dually wheel spacers may be needed.
