Rough Country 55970 is a 4.5-inch lift kit for 2017–2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD models in XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trim. Two V2 monotube shock pairs, front coils, a fabricated dually block and 4.5in U-bolt kit, and a transfer case clocking kit are included. It does not fit gas engine, single-rear-wheel, manual-shift transfer case, or Tremor Factory Trim Package trucks.

This 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2017–2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD raises the front to level it with the rear and opens up clearance for larger tires. Radius arm drop brackets keep caster where the factory geometry wants it, and the two V2 monotube shock pairs are valved for the application. Check the exclusions first: gas engines, single rear wheel trucks, manual-shift transfer cases, the Tremor Factory Trim Package, and 2020 models with the 10-speed transmission are all out, and rear dually wheel spacers may be needed.
