Rough Country 310.20 is a 4-inch lift kit for 1977–1993 Dodge W150, 1978–1980 W200, and 1981–1993 W250 and W350 4WD trucks. Front lift comes from replacement leaf springs with a Dana 44 steering block; the rear rides on 3-inch lift blocks with U-bolts. Two N3 shock pairs are part of the kit. It fits only trucks with a Dana 44 front axle and does not fit Cummins diesel models.
This 4-inch lift kit for the 1977–1993 Dodge W150 4WD and its W200, W250, and W350 counterparts rebuilds both ends: lifted front leaf springs, a three-bolt Dana 44 steering block, spring bushings and sleeves, U-bolts, and hardware up front, plus 3-inch lift blocks in the rear. Two N3 shock pairs handle damping. Confirm your front axle is a Dana 44 and that the truck is not Cummins-powered before ordering. Rough Country lists the job at 6-8 hours, and a downloadable installation guide is available. Check the tire and wheel chart, since some fitments call for trimming.
