Rough Country 6603 is a steering block for lifted Dodge and Ford 4WD trucks built from 1970 through 1993. It works only on trucks using 3 bolt open knuckle steering, so confirm your knuckle setup before ordering. Estimated install time is 2-3 hours.

This steering block fits 1970–1993 Dodge and Ford 4WD trucks, covering W100, W150, W200, W250, W300, and W350 pickups plus 1977-1979 Ford F-250 4WD in Base through Ranger Lariat and XLT trims. Its job is geometry: bringing the draglink back into correct alignment after a lift, holding the turning radius where it belongs, and cutting down steering vibration. Check the fitment list and verify your truck uses 3 bolt open knuckle steering first. Plan roughly 2-3 hours of shop time and pull the downloadable Rough Country installation guide before you start.
