Rough Country 53659 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2005–2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. The kit pairs adjustable Vertex 2.5 front coilovers with Vertex 2.5 rear shocks, heavy-duty radius arms, an add-a-leaf, and a 3-inch block and U-bolt package. It does not fit dually models, and the factory rear contact overload springs come out during installation.
