Rough Country 58159 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2005-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. It combines adjustable Vertex 2.5 front coilovers, Vertex 2.5 rear shocks, a rear Add-A-Leaf, and a 3-inch block and U-bolt kit with new upper and lower arms. Dually models are not covered, and the exhaust must be modified for front driveshaft clearance.
This 6-inch lift kit fits 2005-2007 Ford Super Duty 4WD trucks — F-250 and F-350 in XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Harley-Davidson Edition trim. The kit pairs adjustable Vertex 2.5 front coilovers with Vertex 2.5 rear shocks, then adds a rear Add-A-Leaf and a 3-inch block and U-bolt kit so the front sits level with the rear. New upper and lower arms with drop brackets let you set caster properly, which keeps steering feel close to stock.
