Rough Country 50170 is a 4-inch lift kit for 1999–2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around front and rear leaf springs, two U-bolt kits, and two pairs of V2 monotube shocks. It will not work on V-8 gas engine trucks, dually configurations, or trucks built before 3-1-1999.
This 4-inch lift kit for the 1999–2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD covers XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Harley-Davidson Edition submodels listed in the fitment section. Leaf springs front and rear raise the truck for added ground clearance and even out the factory front-to-rear stance, and the kit bolts on without cutting. Trucks running a 2-piece rear driveshaft also need a carrier bearing drop bracket, which is not part of this kit.
