Rough Country 369.20 is a 5-inch lift kit for the 2013-2015 Ram 3500 4WD, built around N3 series shocks, replacement radius arms, coil spring spacers, a track bar bracket, and fabricated 4in rear lift blocks with U-bolts. It does not fit Dually, Power Wagon, or rear-air-suspension trucks, and factory rear overload springs have to come off.

The front package keeps the factory progressive-rate coil springs and adds spacers, driver and passenger radius arms, a track bar bracket, sway-bar brackets, and a pitman arm; the rear uses fabricated blocks instead of cast. Minor drilling and cutting is part of the job, and Mega Cab trucks with a two-piece driveshaft and carrier bearing may show take-off vibration. Rough Country lists 4-6 hours for the install.
