Models equipped with factory rear overload springs will need to remove the overload spring On vehicles equipped with a two piece driveshaft and carrier bearing as on the Mega Cab there is the potential for take off vibration depending on the severity this can be corrected with shimming down the carrier bearing. Rough Country 369.20 is a 5-inch lift kit for the 2013-2015 Ram 3500 4WD, built around N3 series shocks, replacement radius arms, coil spring spacers, a track bar bracket, and fabricated 4in rear lift blocks with U-bolts. It does not fit Dually, Power Wagon, or rear-air-suspension trucks, and factory rear overload springs have to come off.
This 5-inch lift kit for the 2013-2015 Ram 3500 4WD covers Tradesman, ST, SLT, Big Horn, Lone Star, Laramie, Laramie Longhorn, and Laramie Limited trims in the fitment list. The front package keeps the factory progressive-rate coil springs and adds spacers, driver and passenger radius arms, a track bar bracket, sway-bar brackets, and a pitman arm; the rear uses fabricated blocks instead of cast. Minor drilling and cutting is part of the job, and Mega Cab trucks with a two-piece driveshaft and carrier bearing may show take-off vibration. Rough Country lists 4-6 hours for the install.
