Factory wheels will not clear: plan on aftermarket wheels 20 inches or larger with 4.5in backspacing, and test fit before final assembly.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2019–2024 GMC Sierra 1500 covers Base, Elevation, Pro, SLE, and SLT trims in both 4WD and RWD, plus the 2022 Sierra 1500 Limited applications listed in the fitment section. It does not fit 2019 "Classic" (2018 body style) trucks, Denali or Denali Ultimate, AT4, or AT4X. Cutting and drilling are part of the job, though the design skips strut disassembly and differential trimming.
