This 6-inch lift kit for the 1999 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD ships as a bolt-on package: two front leaf springs sized for the Super Duty chassis, a 4-inch rear lift block pair, a universal U-bolt kit, a Super Duty pitman arm, and two N3 shock pairs valved for this application. Check the build date, engine, and rear axle before ordering.
