Rough Country 52641 is a 6-inch lift kit for compatible 2017–2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around two pairs of M1 monotube shocks, upper and lower arms, and a front CV driveshaft. Diesel applications only — it does not fit gas engines, dually trucks, manual-shift transfer cases, or the Tremor Factory Trim Package.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2017–2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD covers XL through Limited trims listed in the fitment section. The box ships with a 4.5-6in upper arm kit, matching lower arms, radius arm drop brackets that let you reset caster, a 6-inch coil package, a 4.5-inch fabricated block and U-bolt kit, a front CV driveshaft, and two M1 monotube shock pairs. The new fabricated rear block takes the place of the factory block. Check the exclusion list — F-350, gas, dually, manual-shift transfer case, 4-inch rear axle tube, contact overload spring, and Tremor trucks are out. A downloadable installation guide is available.
