Rough Country 536.20 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2005–2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around upgraded radius arms, front D-coils, an add-a-leaf, a fabricated 3-inch rear block and U-bolt set, and N3 series shocks. It does not fit dually or gas-engine trucks, and the factory rear contact overload springs come out during the install.

This 6-inch lift kit for the 2005–2007 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD covers XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Harley-Davidson Edition trims listed in the fitment section. The two radius arm boxes carry rubber-bushed arms that hold factory geometry, with an adjustable cam at the axle for caster correction. Front coils and the rear add-a-leaf plus fabricated block level the truck front-to-rear and add ground clearance, and application-valved N3 shocks handle damping on road and off.
