Rough Country 53658 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2005–2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. The package pairs adjustable Vertex 2.5 front coilovers with a V2 monotube shock pair, heavy-duty radius arms, a rear add-a-leaf, and a 3-inch fabricated block and U-bolt kit. It does not fit dually models, and the factory rear contact overload springs come out during the build.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2005–2007 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD covers XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Harley-Davidson Edition applications listed in the fitment section — dually trucks are excluded. Up front, Vertex 2.5 adjustable coilovers rated across a 4.5-in to 6-in range work with new radius arms that hold factory geometry and add a cam for caster adjustment. Out back, an add-a-leaf and a fabricated 3-inch block with U-bolts set the height, and the factory contact overload springs are removed.
