Rough Country 53870 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2008–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around D-Coil front springs, a rear add-a-leaf with a 3-inch block and U-bolt kit, upgraded radius arms, and two V2 monotube shock pairs. It does not fit dually models, and the factory rear contact overload springs come off during the build.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2008–2010 Ford Super Duty 4WD covers F-250 and F-350 applications from XL and XLT up through Lariat, King Ranch, FX4, Cabela's, and Harley-Davidson Edition, as listed in the fitment section. The radius arm boxes keep the front geometry in line and add an adjustable cam at the axle for caster correction. Dually trucks are excluded, the factory rear contact overload springs must be removed, and gas trucks may need exhaust clearance work at the front driveshaft.
