Rough Country 539.20 is a 6-inch lift kit for compatible 2008–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. The kit pairs an N3 shock set with a coil package, heavy-duty radius arms, a rear add-a-leaf, and a 3-inch block and U-bolt kit. It does not fit dually or diesel-engine models, and the factory rear contact overload springs have to come off during the install.

This 6-inch lift kit for the 2008–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD covers the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, FX4, Cabela's, and Harley-Davidson Edition trims shown in the fitment section. Up front, the coil package works with upgraded heavy-duty radius arms and rubber bushings that hold the factory geometry, plus an adjustable cam at the axle for caster correction. At the rear, an add-a-leaf teams with a fabricated 3-inch block and U-bolt kit.
