Rough Country 53970 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2008–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD models. The kit pairs front coils and a radius arm upgrade with a rear add-a-leaf and a 3-inch block and U-bolt package, plus two V2 monotube shock pairs. It does not fit dually models, and the factory rear contact overload springs come out during the build.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2008–2010 Ford Super Duty 4WD covers F-250 and F-350 trims from XL and XLT through Lariat, King Ranch, FX4, Cabela's, and the Harley-Davidson Edition, along with 2008–2009 F-250 4WD applications listed in the fitment section. The heavy-duty radius arms carry rubber bushings and an adjustable cam at the axle for caster correction, so factory front geometry stays in range.
