Rough Country 56040 is a 6-inch lift kit built for 2017-2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks running rear factory contact overload springs. Two pairs of M1 monotube shocks, upper and lower arm kits, a transfer case clocking kit, coil box, and a fabricated block and U-bolt package are all part of the kit. It does not fit F-350, gas-engine, dually, manual-shift transfer case, Tremor package, or 4-inch rear axle tube trucks.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2017-2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD covers XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trims that meet the qualifiers. Radius arm drop brackets reset caster so steering behavior stays close to factory, and the fabricated rear block with 6.5-inch block U-bolt hardware replaces the factory block while limiting axle wrap. Read the exclusion list closely first: F-350, gas, dually, manual-shift transfer case, Tremor, and 4-inch rear axle tube trucks are out, and the truck must have rear factory contact overload springs.
