Rough Country 59470 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2008–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around a front D-Coil, a rear add-a-leaf with a 3 inch block and U-bolt set, radius arm drop brackets for caster correction, and two pairs of V2 monotube shocks. Dually models are not covered, and rear overload leafs must come out during the build.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2008–2010 Ford Super Duty 4WD covers F-250 and F-350 applications from XL and XLT up through Lariat, King Ranch, FX4, Cabela's, and Harley-Davidson Edition trims listed in the fitment section. It bolts on with factory mounting points, brings the front ride height up level with the rear, and uses drop brackets to reset caster so steering feel stays close to stock.
