Rough Country 391005 is an adjustable 0 to 2 inch lift kit for the Honda Pioneer 1000, Pioneer 1000-5, and Pioneer 1000-6 Deluxe Crew. It pairs M1 front and rear coil over shocks with threaded, grooved bodies so ride height can be reset on the machine using the included spanner wrench. Machines carrying a cargo rack or similar add-ons may come up short of the full 2 inches.
This adjustable 0 to 2 inch lift kit for the Honda Pioneer 1000 covers Base, Deluxe, EPS, Forest, Trail, Limited Edition, and Special Edition builds from 2016-2025, plus the Pioneer 1000-5 and the Pioneer 1000-6 Deluxe Crew as shown in the fitment table. The box holds one M1 front coil over shock set and one M1 rear set, both with ride-height adjustment. Damping comes from a 46mm monotube body with a digressive piston and an 18mm chromed shaft. Rough Country lists 2-3 hours for installation, and added accessory weight can reduce the height you actually gain.
