Integrating the lights into the rack means no separate bracket to add later and nothing sticking out to snag a strap or a branch. Same heavy-duty steel and mesh panel as the plain rack.
Adding lights to a rack after the fact usually means a bracket bolted somewhere awkward, with a pod sitting proud of the frame waiting to be knocked off. Flush mounting them into the rack itself avoids all of that. The pods are 2 Inch Black Series in a flood pattern, which is the right beam for lighting a load or the ground behind the machine. The rack is heavy-duty steel with the same mesh tie-down panel. Mind the top-heavy warning.
