8 in. Dash Mount Kit, MagSafe,, fitment-checked
The MagSafe version on the shorter 8 in. arm, for the 2019-2025 Ram 1500. A magnetic head means the phone goes on and comes off one-handed, with nothing to clamp or unclip, which is the whole argument for MagSafe in a vehicle you get in and out of all day.
Magnetic mounting changes how a phone holder is used. There is no cradle to spread and no clip to line up: the phone lands on the head and stays there, and it comes away with one hand. This kit pairs that head with the 8 in. arm, keeping the device close to the dash rather than reaching into the cabin. The bracket beneath it is 14-gauge powder-coated steel, engineered around the 8.4 in. or 12 in. Ram touch screen, and it is a true bolt-on with no drilling anywhere. Shipping weight is 6.8 lb.
