Hidden Winch Mount, fitment-checked
A winch mount that hides behind the front bumper of the 2015-2020 Ford F-150, leaving only the fairlead and tow hook on show. It fits V8 models only. EcoBoost trucks are excluded, as are trucks with a body lift. The remote port takes 3-prong remote cables and will not accept 5-prong.
The appeal of a hidden mount is that the truck looks standard until it needs to not be. This one sits behind the factory bumper with only the fairlead and a tow hook visible, in a durable black carbon powdercoat, and it accommodates most winches on the market. Three fitment conditions decide it: a V8 engine, no body lift kit, and a winch with a 3-prong remote cable, since the built-in remote port will not take a 5-prong. Get those right and it is a bolt-on install quoted at 2-3 hours. Shipping weight is 43 lb.
