Rough Country 70046 is a pair of lower windshield light mounts for the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD. Lights are not part of this bracket kit. It is set up for the 2in Cree LED square light kits (70903 and 70903BL) and will also take other aftermarket lights using a 5/16-inch or 8mm mounting post.
These lower windshield LED light mounts fit the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD, covering SE, Sport, X, Sahara, Rubicon, Unlimited, Unlimited Rubicon, and 65th Anniversary Edition applications listed in the fitment section. Plan on the lights being a separate purchase. Two things to know before ordering: the factory antenna will touch a mounted light, and a gap remains between bracket and body unless the 70503 upper windshield light mount brackets are used as well.
