Rough Country 70523 is a pair of hidden LED light bar mounts for 2007–2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD, plus 2007–2010 Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD 4WD. The brackets bolt on and tuck out of sight for a factory look. A light bar is not part of this kit, and the mounts do not accept Dual-Row bars.
These LED light mounts fit the 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD in Hybrid, LS, LT, LTZ, WT, and XFE trims, along with 2007–2010 Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD 4WD in LT, LTZ, and WT. They are sized for a Single-Row bar measuring 22-3/16 inches between mounting points, which matches the Rough Country 20-inch Single-Row kit (70720). GMC models and 2007 "Classic" body trucks are not covered, and Dual-Row bars will not mount. Plan roughly 1-2 hours for the bolt-on install and pull the downloadable Rough Country installation PDF before you start.
