This N3 rear shock pair suits the 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler 4WD across Base, S, SE, Sport, Sahara, Laredo, Renegade, Islander, and Rio Grande trims, and only on rigs with 2-5 inches of suspension lift. The N3 damper uses 10-stage variable valving, a 35mm piston in a 54mm body, and an 18mm chromed rod, with nitrogen charging to limit fade on longer trail sections. Rubber bushings handle vibration at the mounts. Rough Country lists installation at 1-2 hours, and the pair ships at 11.1 lb.
