A molded polyethylene roof for the Polaris Ranger, cut from 0.250 in. (6.35mm) high molecular weight sheet and vacuum formed to the cab's own contours. Molded channels carry rain and debris off the sides rather than down the back of your neck. A metal brace ties the roof joint to the rear section. Mounting hardware is included and the job is quoted at 1 hour.
Polyethylene 0.250 in. thick is thick enough to shrug off a branch, and vacuum forming it to the Ranger's own shape is what stops a roof looking like an afterthought bolted on top. The surface resists UV and scratching, so it should not chalk out after a season in the sun. Contours in the molding shed water sideways. A metal brace between the roof joint and the rear section keeps the panel from flexing over rough ground. It clears most non-adjustable windshields and mirrors, and hardware comes in the box.
