Vertex 2.5 Adjustable Rear Shocks for 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma, Part 699010

Vertex 2.5 Adjustable Rear Shocks, fitment-checked

Rough Country 699010 is a pair of Vertex 2.5 adjustable rear shocks for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma in 4WD and RWD, matched to a 2.5-5.5 in rear lift range. Remote-reservoir monotube design with a 2.5 in piston and an 18mm chrome-hardened rod. Sold in pairs, so this order covers the rear axle.

These Vertex 2.5 adjustable rear shocks fit the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma in 4WD and RWD, covering Base, SR, SR5, Pre Runner, Limited, Trail, Trail Special Edition, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, and TRD Pro submodels. Tuning targets a rear lift range of 2.5-5.5 in, and each shock runs a nitrogen-charged monotube body with a remote reservoir on a steel-braided line for extra oil volume and cooling. The zinc-plated finish with double clear coat carries a salt spray rating of over 400 hours. Rough Country lists install time at 2-3 hours, and a downloadable installation guide is available.
