The variant that does not include shocks: extension brackets reposition the mounting so the factory dampers still reach at 2.5 in. The cheaper route if your existing units are sound. Tremor excluded.

Four suffixes cover this 2.5 in. Super Duty kit and three of them bundle a damper; this one supplies brackets instead. Extension brackets move the shock mounting point rather than replacing the shock, which makes sense on a truck whose dampers are not yet worn. Coverage is the 2017-2025 F-250 and F-350 Super Duty in 4WD, with the Tremor trim package excluded. If your shocks are tired anyway, the Black MAX, monotube and reservoir versions in the same family are the better value.
