A 3 in. Tacoma system built around a main component box plus rear leaf springs, covering the 2005-2015 truck in 4WD, Base and Pre Runner. At 56 lb boxed it is the lighter of Skyjacker's two Tacoma strut systems. Models with T/X Baja do not fit.
Skyjacker lists more than one 3 in. system for the second-generation Tacoma, and the contents are what separate them. This one pairs a main component box with rear leaf springs — the rear gets new springs rather than an add-a-leaf, so the load-carrying character changes along with the height. Application is the 2005-2015 Tacoma in 4WD, Base and Pre Runner. The T/X Baja package is excluded; those trucks left the factory with different suspension. 56 lb boxed.
