A rear leaf spring covering a 4-6 in. band on the 1974-1993 Ramcharger and the W100 pickups back to 1972, in 4WD. Removing the factory block drops the resulting lift by 3.5 in., so one spring can land at more than one height.
The block-removal note is what gives this spring its flexibility: fitted with the factory block it sits at the top of the 4-6 in. band, and removing that block takes 3.5 in. back out. That is a wide swing from one part number, and worth planning deliberately rather than discovering after the fact.
