A coilover rather than a separate shock and spring. The damper and coil come as one assembly, which is a different animal from the component boxes elsewhere in the JL range. It covers a wide 3.5-6 in. band on the 2020-2022 Wrangler Unlimited.
Combining the spring and damper into a single unit lets the two be tuned together, and it is why this part spans 3.5 to 6 in. where a fixed spring would need several part numbers. Application is the 2020-2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in 80th Anniversary, Freedom and High Altitude trim. At 54 lb boxed the assembly carries real weight, since the coil is part of it. This is a different purchase from a bare shock. Confirm you are replacing a coilover and not just a damper.
