RS169 is the bracket set on its own — steel, powder-coated black, and sized for any standard 3/4in D-ring. It bolts to the frame of the 2014-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD, RWD or 4WD, behind the factory bumper. Shackles are not part of this part number.
This part number is the bracket pair by itself, for someone who already has shackles or wants to pick their own. Fitment covers WT, Custom, LS, LT, LTZ, High Country, and SSV Silverado 1500 models from 2014-2019, plus the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD, in RWD and 4WD. The brackets bolt to the frame at the factory tow hook positions; an aftermarket bumper has to be one that retains those positions. They are for recovery use only.
