Bolts to the frame in place of a factory tow hook and gives you a shackle mount that accepts any standard 3/4-inch D-ring. Steel with a black powder-coated finish, and Rough Country calls the installation 100% bolt-on. It is a recovery-point conversion only, and an aftermarket bumper works only if it is built to retain the factory tow hooks.
