Requires cutting and grinding. This kit fits models with both cast steel or aluminum factory control arms. Please use our 3.5" knuckle kit. To ensure proper fit please confirm if the stock control arms are cast aluminum cast steel or stamped steel. New lift block replaces the factory equipped block. To ensure adequate clearance when lowering the differential models equipped with a mass damper on the front differential must be removed. Models retaining factory wheels are advised to run no wider than a 11.5" wide tire. Fitment on this page is based on the manufacturer’s application data.

This 3.5-inch kit for 2014–2016 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 4WD trucks pairs a loaded strut assembly up front with forged upper control arms rated for 2.5 to 3.5 inches of lift. Cutting and grinding are required, and it fits only trucks with cast steel or cast aluminum factory control arms.
Three pieces define this kit: a loaded 3.5-inch strut pair, forged upper control arms carrying pre-pressed POM ball joints, and the hardware to bring it together on 2014–2016 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 4WD trucks. Stamped steel factory control arms are not supported because of CV axle boot clearance, so confirm what your truck has before ordering. A fabricated rear block replaces the factory block. Cutting and grinding are required, the front-differential mass damper must be removed where fitted, and 2014–2016 Denali and eAssist models are excluded.
