Requires cutting and grinding. This kit fits models with both cast steel or aluminum factory control arms. Please use our 3.5" knuckle kit. To ensure proper fit please confirm if the stock control arms are cast aluminum cast steel or stamped steel. New lift block replaces the factory equipped block. To ensure adequate clearance when lowering the differential models equipped with a mass damper on the front differential must be removed. Models retaining factory wheels are advised to run no wider than a 11.5" wide tire. Fitment on this page is based on the manufacturer’s application data.

Cutting and grinding are required, and trucks with stamped steel factory control arms need a different kit.
Damping is where this version separates from the rest of the 3.5-inch family — M1 loaded struts at the front axle and an M1 monotube shock pair behind, matched with forged upper control arms rated for 2.5 to 3.5 inches. It covers 2014–2016 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 4WD trucks and the 2015 Sierra SLT. Fitment hinges on the factory control arms: cast steel and cast aluminum work, stamped steel does not clear the CV axle boots. Cutting and grinding are required, and 2014–2016 Denali and eAssist trucks are excluded.
