Requires cutting and grinding. Does NOT work with aftermarket control arms. New lift block replaces the factory-equipped block. To ensure proper fit please confirm if the stock control arms are cast aluminum cast steel or stamped steel. For a visual please click here. To ensure adequate clearance when lowering the differential models equipped with a mass damper on the front differential must be removed. Four Vertex 2.5 shocks and cast steel LCA knuckles make up this 3.5-inch lift for 2014–2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks: adjustable units at the front, rears valved for 2 to 3.5 inches of lift. Cast aluminum and stamped steel control arms need a different kit. Denali, Denali Ultimate, and eAssist trucks are excluded, and cutting and grinding are part of the install.
For 2014–2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks running cast steel lower control arms, this 3.5-inch lift kit specifies Vertex 2.5 damping at all four corners — two adjustable front shocks and two rears matched to the height. The knuckles create the lift, so the factory front geometry changes little and the CV axle picks up clearance from the lower arm. Identify your control arm material before ordering and rule out Denali, Denali Ultimate, and eAssist models. Cutting and grinding are required, and a downloadable installation guide is available.
