Requires cutting and grinding. This kit fits models with both cast steel or aluminum factory control arms. Please use our 3.5" knuckle kit. To ensure proper fit please confirm if the stock control arms are cast aluminum cast steel or stamped steel. For a visual please click here. New lift block replaces the factory equipped block. To ensure adequate clearance when lowering the differential models equipped with a mass damper on the front differential must be removed. Models retaining factory wheels are advised to run no wider than a 11.5" wide tire. For additional clearance on models equipped with aggressive side wall tires or to retain factory wheels a 0.25" wheel spacer will be required SKU: 1065. Adjustable Vertex 2.5 damping front and rear, plus red forged upper control arms, on a 3.5-inch lift for 2007–2016 Sierra 1500 and Silverado 1500 4WD. Two Vertex 2.5 front units and two rear units are included. Cutting and grinding are required, and stamped steel factory control arms are outside fitment.
19450RED matches the Vertex-equipped 3.5-inch kit part for part and swaps the upper control arms for the red forged set. That means two adjustable Vertex 2.5 front shocks, two Vertex 2.5 rear shocks, and arms rated from 2.5 to 3.5 inches of lift with ball joints already installed. It covers 2007–2016 Sierra 1500 and Silverado 1500 4WD trucks, along with 2010–2015 GMC Sierra. Trucks with stamped steel factory control arms need the knuckle kit instead, and 2014–2016 Denali and eAssist models are excluded.
