111040 is the M1 monotube build of Rough Country's 5-inch torsion bar drop lift kit. It covers 2020–2025 Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD equipped with rear overload springs, and includes two M1 shock pairs, a laser-cut crossmember, and replacement driver and passenger knuckles. Dually, AT4X, and ZR2 models are excluded, and factory wheels will not clear.

This 5-inch torsion bar drop lift kit for the 2020–2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD runs M1 monotube shocks at both axles. Lowering the torsion bars raises the front while stock track width and axle angle are preserved, so alignment specs stay familiar and tire wear stays predictable. The differential needs no drilling. Before ordering, confirm the truck has rear overload springs and read the exclusions. Dually, AT4X, and ZR2 are not covered, and gas engines may need exhaust clearance for the driveshaft.
