Rough Country 220040 is a 6-inch lift kit for 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD trucks in two-wheel drive, running two M1 monotube shock pairs. Forged one-piece knuckles, a crossmember and a torsion bar drop make up the rest. Clearance is sized for a 35x12.50 tire, though that size may call for trimming the front valance.
Two-wheel-drive HD trucks are the whole fitment list here — 2001-2010 Silverado 2500 HD and Sierra 2500 HD, along with the earlier 2500 models and the 2007 Classic versions. The 6-inch package is built on CNC-machined one-piece knuckles, a crossmember, and a torsion drop, with M1 monotube shocks at both ends. It clears a 35x12.50 tire, though that size may need the front valance trimmed. Dually trucks are out. Trucks with factory 17-inch wheels moving to aftermarket wheels must stay at 17 inches or larger, and a torsion bar unloading tool, part 1067, is needed for the install.
