6-Inch Lift Kit with V2 Shocks, fitment-checked
The V2 monotube build of the 6-inch HD kit, Rough Country 22070 fits 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD two-wheel-drive trucks, plus the 2007 Classic. Forged one-piece knuckles, a crossmember and a torsion drop come in the boxes with two V2 monotube shock pairs. A torsion bar unloading tool, part 1067, is required.
Pick this version when the 6-inch HD lift should ride on V2 monotube shocks: 22070 packages two V2 pairs with the same one-piece forged knuckles, crossmember and torsion drop that carry the front end up. Fitment covers 2001-2010 Silverado 2500 HD and Sierra 2500 HD in two-wheel drive, the 2001-2005 Silverado 2500, and the 2007 Classic trucks. Duallys do not fit. If the truck came on 17-inch wheels, replacements need to be 17 inches or larger, a 35x12.50 tire may mean trimming the front valance, and part 1067 unloads the torsion bars during the install.
